pkrbat Terms and Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

Welcome to pkrbat. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pkrbat platform, including all games, features, promotions, and payment services available at pkrbat.ws. By creating an account or placing any bet on pkrbat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. If any part of these terms is unclear or you disagree with any section, please contact pkrbat's support team before registering. These terms apply to all Pakistani players using the platform and are written in plain English so there's no ambiguity about what you're agreeing to.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pkrbat's platform — whether through a browser, mobile device, or any other means — you enter into a legally binding agreement with pkrbat. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all services pkrbat provides, including but not limited to: real-money gaming tables, tournaments, slot machines, live casino games, bonus programmes, and customer support interactions. Separate product-specific rules may apply to individual game types and will be displayed within those game sections — those rules are incorporated into these terms by reference.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

pkrbat is strictly a platform for adults. The minimum age to register and play is 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have verified this is the case. pkrbat reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age at any point — this may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification.

• If age verification documents are requested and not provided within the specified timeframe, pkrbat reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending verification.
• If it is found that a minor has registered and played on pkrbat, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access pkrbat from shared devices. pkrbat accepts no liability for underage play that results from inadequate parental supervision.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your location before using pkrbat.

3Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on pkrbat. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is a serious violation of these terms. pkrbat actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if discovered, including withholding any remaining balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details pkrbat requests during the process.
• Your account password and login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. pkrbat cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have disclosed your credentials to a third party.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact pkrbat support immediately at support@pkrbat.ws. Accounts can be temporarily locked pending security review.
• pkrbat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide these documents may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using false information, stolen identities, or fraudulent payment methods will be permanently closed and any associated funds forfeited.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

pkrbat accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, game stakes, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted on pkrbat:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit, minimum Rs 500
• JazzCash — instant deposit, minimum Rs 500
• NayaPay — instant deposit, minimum Rs 500
• SadaPay — instant deposit, minimum Rs 500
• IBFT Bank Transfer — standard bank processing times apply, minimum Rs 1,000
• Visa / Mastercard — standard card processing, minimum Rs 500

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any third party is not permitted. pkrbat reserves the right to hold or return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

pkrbat does not accept deposits from credit cards as the primary funding source for gambling. Debit cards and mobile wallets are the preferred channels. pkrbat reserves the right to decline any deposit it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

5Withdrawals & Cashouts

pkrbat processes withdrawal requests to the same payment channel used for the account's most recent deposit, wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300. There are no withdrawal fees charged by pkrbat. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically completed within 15 minutes, 24/7.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Subject to bank processing times, usually same business day for requests submitted before 4PM PKT.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, pkrbat may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure and applies to all players at certain thresholds or at pkrbat's discretion. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the payment account receiving the funds.

• Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have completed the minimum wagering requirement applicable to any active bonus balance. Unreleased bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met.
• pkrbat reserves the right to delay or review any withdrawal it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• If a withdrawal is reversed or cannot be completed due to an issue on the player's payment account, pkrbat will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number or email. Unclaimed funds will be held for 90 days before being credited back to your pkrbat wallet.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pkrbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated within each promotion on the Promotions page, which form part of these overall terms. The following general bonus rules apply across all pkrbat promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your pkrbat wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in its specific promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused bonus balances expire after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• pkrbat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, adjust wagering requirements, or modify promotional terms at any time, with notice provided via the Promotions page or email.
• Certain game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino and game shows typically contribute at 50% or less. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• pkrbat may withhold or cancel a bonus if it determines the bonus was claimed using fraudulent means, a stolen payment method, or in breach of any section of these terms.

7Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All game outcomes on pkrbat are determined by verified random processes — physical equipment in the case of live casino games (cards, roulette wheels, dice), and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software in the case of digital games and slots. pkrbat does not interfere with game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published house edge for each game type.

• Each game available on pkrbat has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface before any bet is placed. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real PKR.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome or bet settlement, pkrbat reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. This decision is final.
• If a player disconnects during a live hand or game round after a bet has been placed, pkrbat's system will continue processing the round according to the game's standard rules. Winnings from completed rounds will be credited normally.
• Game history for all real-money rounds is recorded and available to players from their account history section for a minimum of 90 days. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the game in question.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on pkrbat and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, pkrbat may report matters to relevant law enforcement:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at the same table to share card information, decide outcomes, or otherwise manipulate the game against other participants.
• Bot Use: Using automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play on your behalf at any pkrbat game table.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or any other strategy designed to exploit pkrbat's bonus system beyond normal play.
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing chips or funds to another account you control or coordinate with, to transfer balances between accounts.
• Fraudulent Payments: Depositing using stolen payment credentials, reversing deposits after placing bets, or any form of payment fraud.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on pkrbat.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or play on your pkrbat account, or playing on another person's account.
• Abuse of Staff: Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkrbat's support or operations staff through any communication channel.

9Account Suspension & Closure

pkrbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal use of the platform.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may have administrative fees applied after notice).
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under pkrbat's Responsible Gaming programme.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious terms violations, pkrbat will withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a final withdrawal within 5 business days.

10Responsible Gaming Commitments

pkrbat takes its obligations around responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that prevent spending beyond your chosen amount.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from pkrbat for a set number of days — your account remains open but you cannot deposit or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period you specify.

Reducing limits takes effect immediately. Increasing limits requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the change is applied — this is a deliberate safeguard. Self-exclusion requests are also processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrbat platform — including but not limited to the brand name pkrbat, the logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and the overall interface design — is the intellectual property of pkrbat or its licensed content providers. This content is protected and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit written permission from pkrbat.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pkrbat's platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the pkrbat website or platform without prior written consent.
• pkrbat's trademarks and branding may not be used in any external publication, social media post, or advertisement without explicit written authorisation.

12Limitation of Liability

pkrbat provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While pkrbat makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. The following limitations apply:

• pkrbat is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in payment processing that are outside its direct control.
• pkrbat is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other consequential damages arising from use of the platform beyond the value of funds held in your pkrbat account at the time of any incident.
• pkrbat is not liable for any third-party payment processing failures, delays, or fees incurred by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• In all cases, pkrbat's total liability to any individual player for any claim is limited to the amount held in that player's real-money wallet balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

13Privacy & Data Protection
